Frequently Asked Questions
Here are frequently asked questions about GOVIGO. If your question is not addressed here, please contact us through the inquiry form.
Can I request a receipt?
Yes, receipts can be issued.
▼ Vietnam Government-Issued Invoice
Please request this at the time of booking the golf course.
As there is a deadline for issuance, if you forget to request it during reservation, please contact our staff as soon as possible.
Depending on the timing, it may still be possible to issue.
▼ Standard Invoice
Please go to the "Request Invoice" section from your golf reservation history, fill in the required information, and submit the request.
As the issuing entity is a Vietnamese company, please note that Japanese invoice numbers cannot be issued.
Can I make a reservation for one person?
Yes, it is possible.
However, please note that additional charges for the cart and caddie may apply.
These fees depend on the golf plan, so please refer to the details of each plan.
Also, there is no 1-some guarantee, so you may be grouped with other players.
Are 2-some or 3-some guarantees available?
Currently, golf courses in Vietnam do not offer guaranteed 2-some or 3-some plans. However, during less busy times—such as weekdays or afternoons on weekends and holidays—you may be able to play without being grouped with others. Alternatively, if you pay for four players, you can play without being grouped with others.
Are there any additional costs besides the green fee?
In Vietnam, a caddie usually accompanies players during the round. After the game, it is customary to tip the caddie in cash. As of March 2025, the minimum tip amount is 400,000 VND.
When should I tip the caddie?
In Vietnam, caddies usually accompany players throughout the game, and it's customary to tip them in cash. Please hand the tip directly to the caddie after your round, typically around the time they check your clubs. As of March 2025, the minimum tipping amount is 400,000 VND.
How much should I tip the caddie?
As of March 2025, the minimum tipping amount is 400,000 VND. Giving 400,000 VND is perfectly fine, but if your caddie provides great support, offering a bit more will surely make them happy.
Is it possible to request a specific caddie?
It depends on the golf course. If you choose a course that allows caddie selection, please write the caddie’s name or number in the remarks column. Please note that additional fees or increased tips for the caddie may be required.
